| 子宫内膜癌是女性生殖系统最常见的癌症之一，其疾病的发生发展与代谢综合征具有明确相关性。近年来，以胰岛素抵抗和脂质代谢紊乱为代表的代谢综合征促进子宫内膜癌发生发展关键分子机制的研究取得了很大进展。该研究综述了代谢综合征中关键分子调控通路在内膜癌发生发展机制的研究进展，有利于进一步深入了解子宫内膜癌相关代谢综合征的分子机制，为子宫内膜癌防控及治疗提供新的靶点。 |

| Endometrial carcinoma is one of the most common cancers of the female reproductive system, and its disease developmenthas a clear correlation with metabolic syndrome. In recent years, great progress has been made in research on the key molecular mechanisms of metabolic syndrome, represented by insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorder, promoting the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. In this review, we have identified key molecular regulatory pathways in metabolic syndrome that contribute to the development of endometrial carcinoma, which can provide further insight into the molecular mechanism of endometrialcarcinoma-related metabolic syndrome and novel targets for the prevention and treatment of endometrial carcinoma. |
