| 目的探讨儿童鼓膜紧张部穿孔修补术后疗效影响因素。方法回顾性纳入 2017年 1月至 2021年 3月于安阳市妇幼保健院行显微镜或耳内镜修补术治疗鼓膜紧张部穿孔病儿 80例(共 104侧)，术后随访证实穿孔部位愈合 90侧，分析病儿相关临床特征资料，采用单因素和多因素法评价病儿修补术后疗效独立影响因素。结果术后随访 6~52个月，中位随访时间 23.0个月，穿孔愈合率为 86.54%(90/108)；单因素分析结果显示，年龄［ 76.92%(40/52)比 96.15%(50/52)］和穿孔部位［ 72.73%(32/ 44)比 100.00%(10/10)比 96.00%(48/50)］均与鼓膜紧张部穿孔病儿修补术后疗效有关(P<0.05)；多因素分析结果显示，年龄 ≥9岁、穿孔位于后部及下部均是鼓膜紧张部穿孔病儿修补术后疗效独立保护因素(P<0.05)。结论鼓膜紧张部穿孔病儿修补术后疗效与年龄和穿孔部位关系密切；其中年龄 ≥9岁、穿孔位于后部及下部者术后穿孔越易愈合。 |

| Objective To explore the factors influencing the curative effect of tympanic membrane perforation repair in children. Methods 80 cases (104 sides in total) of children with perforation of tympanic membrane tension were treated with microscope or otoscope repair at Anyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to March 2021. Postoperative follow-up confirmed thatthe perforation site healed in 90 sides, analyzed the relevant clinical characteristics of the sick children, and evaluated the independentinfluencing factors of the curative effect of the repair of the sick children by single factor and multiple factor methods.Results The median follow-up time was 23.0 months. The perforation healing rate was 86.54% (90/108); The results of univariate analysis showed thatage [76.92% (40/52) vs. 96.15% (50/52)] and perforation site [72.73% (32/44) vs. 100.00% (10/10) vs. 96.00% (48/50)] were related to the curative effect of tympanic membrane perforation repair in children (P<0.05); Multivariate analysis showed that age ≥ 9 years oldand perforation at the back and lower part were independent protective factors for the curative effect of children with perforation of tympanic membrane tension after repair (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of tympanic membrane perforation repair is closely related to age and perforation site; Among them, the patients with age ≥ 9 years old and perforation at the back and lower part are morelikely to heal after operation. |
