| 慢性非特异性腰痛(CNLBP)是一种发病率较高的肌肉骨骼疾病，无明确的解剖学病因，主要表现为持续 3个月以上的反复发作的腰部疼痛。由于治疗费用昂贵、疗效不显著且致残率高，慢性非特异性腰痛给病人和社会带来了很大的负担。筋膜释放技术是一种比较新的康复治疗手段，因其无创有效的特点，正逐步被应用于肌肉骨骼疼痛的辅助治疗。现对筋膜释放技术治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的研究进展进行综述，主要从作用机制、临床应用等方面展开论述，旨在为筋膜释放技术在慢性非特异性腰痛治疗方面提供依据。 |

| Chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNLBP) is a musculoskeletal disease with a high incidence and no clear anatomicaletiology. It is mainly manifested as recurrent lumbar pain lasting more than 3 months. Due to the high cost of treatment, insignificant ef-ficacy and high disability rate, CNLBP has brought great burden to patients and society. Myofascial release is a relatively new rehabili-tation method, which has been gradually applied in the adjuvant treatment of musculoskeletal pain due to its non-invasive and effective characteristics. This article reviews the research progress of myofascial release in the treatment of CNLBP, including the mechanism ofaction, clinical application and others, aiming to provide a basis for fascial release technology in the treatment of CNLBP. |
