      目的研究子痫前期( PE)病人血清中中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网( NETs)来源,并分析与血管内皮损伤的相关性。方法选取 2020年 9月至 2021年 9月潍坊市人民医院收治的 30例 PE病人作为 PE组, 30例正常分娩的健康产妇作为 Nor-P组,同期于该院进行孕前检查的健康未孕妇女 30例作为对照组。比较三组的血白细胞及中性粒细胞数量、髓过氧化物酶、 NETs、内皮损伤指标含量的差异。采用 Pearson检验评估 NETs与内皮损伤的相关性。结果 PE组白细胞数量( 12.01±0.88)×109/L、中性粒细胞数量( 10.22±0.99)×109/L及髓过氧化物酶( 15.39±0.84)μg/L、NETs(124.68±3.63)ng/L、血管性血友病因子( vWF)(122.79±4.05)μg/L水平高于对照组和 Nor-P组( P<0.05)。 Pearson相关性分析发现, PE病人血清 NETs水平与中性粒细胞数量呈正相关( r=0.63,P<0.05),同时 NETs水平与 vWF水平呈正相关( r=0.83,P<0.05)。结论 PE病人血清中的 NETs水平异常升高,与中性粒细胞数量升高有关,具体水平可反应血管内皮损伤程度。

      Objective To investigate the source of neutrophil extracellular trap networks (NETs) in the serum of patients with pre‐eclampsia (PE) and to analyze their correlation with vascular endothelial injury.Methods A total of 30 patients with PE admitted toWeifang People′s Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the PE group, 30 healthy women with normal delivery were selected as the Nor-P group, and 30 healthy nonpregnant women who underwent prepregnancy examination at the hospitalduring the same time were selected as the control group. The differences in blood leukocyte and neutrophil counts, myeloperoxidase,NETs and endothelial injury index levels were compared among the three groups. The Pearson test was used to assess the correlation between NETs and endothelial injury.Results The levels of leukocyte count (12.01±0.88)×109/L, neutrophil count (10.22±0.99)×109/L,and myeloperoxidase (15.39±0.84) μg/L, NETs (124.68±3.63) ng/L and von Willebrand factor (vWF) (122.79±4.05) μg/L in the PEgroup were higher than those in the control and Nor-P groups (P < 0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positivecorrelation between serum NET levels and neutrophil count in PE patients (r=0.63, P<0.05), as well as a positive correlation between NET levels and vWF levels (r=0.83, P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormally elevated levels of NETs in the serum of PE patients are associated with elevated neutrophil counts, and the specific levels may reflect the degree of vascular endothelial injury.
