冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是最常见的临床心血管疾病,也是世界范围内诱导人死亡的最主要疾病。冠心病病人体液中代谢物浓度的变化反映了冠心病的发病和发展过程,也是心脏功能障碍的生物学特征,这促使人们利用代谢组学探索新的生物标志物来更好地阐明冠心病的机制。代谢组学在冠心病中的应用有助于冠心病的早期诊断,个体化治疗和预测其预后。该研究简要阐述了国内外冠心病代谢组学的研究现状,利用代谢组学为冠心病机制的进一步研究提供依据。 |

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the most common clinical cardiovascular disease, and it is also the main serious diseaseinducing human death all over the world. The changes of metabolite concentrations in body fluids of patients with coronary heart disease reflect the pathogenesis and development of coronary heart disease, and are also the biological characteristics of cardiac dysfunction. Metabonomics research can find new biomarkers to better clarify the mechanism of coronary heart disease, which is helpful to theearly diagnosis, individualized treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease. Therefore, the study of metabonomics in coronaryheart disease is of great significance, and it is also a new field in system biology. This paper briefly describes the research status ofmetabonomics of coronary heart disease at home and abroad, in order to provide basis for further study of the mechanism of coronaryheart disease by using metabonomics. |
