| 目的分析 2010—2021年糖尿病溃疡( DU)发病机制的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法检索 2010—2021年 Web of Science核心合集数据库发表的有关 DU发病机制的文献，应用 CiteSpace软件，对文献的数据进行计量和可视化分析。结果共纳入 706篇文献， 2010—2021年 DU发病机制的研究发文量整体呈增长趋势；发文量最高的国家、机构、作者分别为美国、迈阿密大学、 Aristidis V；知识基础涉及负压伤口治疗、糖尿病伤口治疗、细胞机制等内容。结论近十年来 DU发病机制的研究热度呈上升趋势，伤口愈合、基因表达、生长因子为研究热点，组织修复、细胞凋亡、炎症为未来研究的趋势。 |

| Objective To analyze the research status, hotspots and development trend of the pathogenesis of diabetic ulcer (DU) from 2010 to 2021.Methods The literatures on the pathogenesis of DU published in the Web of Science core collection databasefrom 2010 to 2021 were retrieved. The CiteSpace software was used to carry out quantitative and visual analysis of the literature data.Results A total of 706 articles were included. From 2010 to 2021, the number of research papers on the pathogenesis of DU showedan overall increasing trend. The countries, institutions and authors with the highest number of papers were the United States, University of Miami, and Aristidis V. The knowledge base involved negative pressure wound therapy, diabetic wound treatment and cellularmechanism.Conclusion In the past decade, the research on the pathogenesis of DU has shown an increasing trend, with wound healing, gene expression, and growth factors as research hotspots, and tissue repair, cell apoptosis, and inflammation as future researchtrends. |
