糖尿病心肌病( DCM)是糖尿病最严重的心血管并发症之一,其发病率与日俱增。目前主要发病机制尚不明确。寻找一个敏感可靠的标志物,早诊断、早治疗,是有效延缓 DCM发生的重要研究方向。外泌体作为细胞通讯间的关键介质,与糖尿病相关的心肌损伤和血管新生密切相关。现对外泌体在糖尿病心肌病中的作用机制和临床应用等方面进行综述。 |

Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is one of the most serious cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus, and its incidence is increasing day by day. At present, the pathogenesis is not clear. Therefore, finding sensitive and reliable markers, early diagnosis and early treatment are important research directions to effectively delay the occurrence of DCM. Exosomes act as key mediators between cellular communications and are closely related to diabetes-related myocardial damage and angiogenesis. This article reviews themechanism and clinical application of exosomes in diabetic cardiomyopathy. |
