目的基于知识图谱可视化从文献计量角度展示卵巢早衰的研究成果,总结该领域的研究历史与现状,以期为今后提供参考。方法以 Web of Science(以下简称 “WoS”)核心合集为检索数据库,以“Premature ovarian failure”为主题词,将文献类型设置为 “Article”和“Review”,检索 2012—2021年全部文献。利用 CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词、共被引文献等进行文献计量分析,绘制关系型图谱。结果在 WoS核心合集中共检索得到文献 1 777篇,年度科研产出略有增长, 2018年后增速明显加快,中国研究者发文量居于首位。从整体上看,发文作者呈现出小团体趋势,需进一步加强研究者间的科研合作。国内研究机构目前仍处于相对独立的研究状态,反观海外机构间的合作更加紧密。关键词共现图谱包含 429个词汇,分为 19个聚类,突现关键词显示:近年的研究热点集中在更深入的机制研究如多组学,以及卵巢移植、体外激活技术等新疗法,并可能继续作为研究热点持续。结论近年来卵巢早衰的研究热度不断攀升,我国学者贡献突出;致病基因、体外激活、卵巢移植等可能成为未来的研究热点,应在多中心、多学科交叉的基础上,进一步推动研究深度化和精细化。 |

Objective To study the research results of Premature ovarian failure (POF) from the perspective of bibliometric perspective based on CiteSpace visual analysis, and to summarize the research history and present situation of this field, in order to provide areference for the future.Methods The core set of Web of Science (hereinafter referred to as "WoS") was used as a retrieval database,"Premature ovarian failure" was used as the theme, the literature types were set to "Article" and "Review" to retrieve the entire literature from 2012 to 2021. CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric analysis of the authors, institutions, keywords, and co-cited litera ture to create a relational map.Results A total of 1 777 articles were retrieved from the WoS, with a slight increase in annual scientific output and a marked acceleration after 2018, with Chinese researchers posting the highest number of articles. Overall, the authorsshowed a small group trend, and further research cooperation among researchers was needed. Domestic research institutions were stillin a relatively independent state of research, whereas overseas institutions cooperate more closely. Keyword co-occurrence map contained 429 words and was grouped into 19 clusters. Emerging keywords indicated that recent research hotspots focused on more in-depth mechanistic studies such as multigroup studies, and new therapies such as ovarian transplantation and in vitro activation techniques, and were likely to continue as research hotspots.Conclusion The research on premature ovarian failure has increased year byyear,and Chinese scholars have made outstanding contributions;Causative genes,in vitro activation, and ovarian transplantation may become future research hotspots,and the depth and refinement of research should be further promoted on the basis of multicenter and multidisciplinary intersection. |
