| 目的统计医院常用 11种片剂分剂量使用情况并比较其片剂分劈准确度，以促进住院病人的个体化用药。方法抽取 2020年 1―12月合肥市第二人民医院常用 11种片剂分剂量品种医嘱条目并按使用率统计排名及科室占比情况，根据其片剂特点制定规范分劈流程，并分为两组(组 1用普通刀片按习惯分劈，组 2按规范分劈流程分劈)进行分劈片重准确度实验。结果药品分劈主要以内科科室为主，所有品种片剂分劈后片重均未超过理论半片重的 15%。组 1中 6种片剂分劈后片重 RSD超过标准上限，余下的 5种接近该上限；组 2所有品种片剂分劈后片重 RSD均符合要求，两组分劈准确度比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院病人片剂分剂量是临床个体化治疗的需求，规范化分劈流程可以提高分劈后片剂的合格率且可降低片剂损耗率。 |

| Objective To analysis the usage statistics of splitting drugs in the inpatients of our hospital,then observe the splitting accuracy of 11 common varieties , so as to promote rational use of splitting drugs.Methods The medical orders of oral tablets in the in patients of the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from January to December 2020 were analyzed statistically in respects of consumptionquantity, classification dosage, department dosage and observe the splitting accuracy in 11 common varieties tablets. According to thecharacteristics of the tablets, the standard splitting process was established and the weight accuracy of splitting tablets was tested in twogroups.Results Tablets splitting was mainly in internal medicine departments. All kinds of splitting tablets was less than 15% of thetheoretical half tablet weight. The weight RSD of 6 tablets exceeded the standard upper limit, and the remaining 5 were close to the upper limit in group1,and the weight RSD of 11 tablets accord with request in group2. There was statistical difference between the twogroups (P<0.05).Conclusion Divided dose of tablets for inpatients is the demand of clinical individualized treatment, standardizingthe splitting process can improve the pass rate of split tablets and reduce the tablet loss rate. |
