| 缺血性脑卒中有很高的发病率、致残率、病死率。早期识别缺血性脑卒中的危险因素并进行干预可以预防疾病的发生、改善预后。IL-17A通过多条信号通路参与炎症反应。研究表明，IL-17A在缺血性脑卒中发生前及急性期起损伤作用，在预后阶段起修复与损伤双重作用，有望在未来为缺血性脑卒中提供新的诊疗方法。本文系统性回顾了IL-17A在缺血性脑卒中的发展及预后中的作用，以期为靶向炎症治疗缺血性脑卒中提供参考。 |

| Ischemic stroke has a high morbidity, disability and mortality. Early identification of risk factors of ischemic stroke and to intervene to prevent the happening of the disease and improve prognosis. IL-17A participates in inflammatory response through multiple signaling pathways. Studies have shown that IL-17A plays a role in damage before the occurrence of ischemic stroke and in the acute stage, and plays a dual role in repair and damage in the prognostic stage, which is expected to provide a new diagnosis and treatment method for ischemic stroke in the future. This article systematically reviews the role of IL-17A in the development and prognosis of ischemic stroke, in order to provide a reference for targeted inflammation in the treatment of ischemic stroke. |
