| 目的 探索舌下腺肿瘤的发病情况、病理特征及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析山东大学附属威海市立医院口腔科收治的1例右侧舌下腺多形性腺瘤的临床资料和治疗方案。结果 病人诉发现右侧口底区无痛性肿物半年。术前诊断：右侧舌下腺肿物 腺样囊性癌？入院后完善相关术前检查，全麻下行右侧舌下腺及肿物切除术，术后病理提示为：（右侧舌下腺）符合多形性腺瘤。结论 舌下腺肿瘤相对少见，且多为恶性。多形性腺瘤是涎腺肿瘤中最为常见的良性肿瘤，而发生于舌下腺的多形性腺瘤极为罕见。 |

| Objective To explore the incidence, pathological characteristics and treatment methods of sublingual gland tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data and treatment plan of one case of pleomorphic adenoma of the right sublingual gland admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Weihai Municipal Hospital, Cheeloo College of Medicine, Shandong University. Results The patient's chief complaint was a painless mass in the right floor of the mouth for half a year. Preoperative diagnosis was adenoid cystic carcinoma of the right sublingual gland mass? After admission, relevant preoperative examinations were completed. The right sublingual gland and the tumor were removed under general anesthesia. The postoperative pathology indicated: Pleomorphic adenoma of the right sublingual gland. Conclusion Tumors of the sublingual gland are rare and are usually malignant. Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign salivary gland neoplasms, which mainly affects the parotid gland. However, involvement of the sublingual gland is very rare. |
