      目的开发中国医院药物警戒系统(Chinese hospital pharmacovigilance system,CHPS)的处方点评功能并探讨其应用前景。方法利用 CHPS的开发工具及专用搜索引擎,对 2019年 1月 1日至 2021年 1月 1日聊城市人民医院入院病人中曲美他嗪的使用情况进行分析和评价,并与人工点评结果进行比较。结果 CHPS检索 244 406例住院病人,并完成 1 261例使用曲美他嗪住院病人的点评,共用时 2 min30 s,共检索出 953例病人用药不合理。经人工复核, 40例病人被误判为不合理,曲美他嗪用药不合理率为 72.40%(913/1 261)。基于 CHPS的曲美他嗪处方点评方案阳性预警率为 95.80%(913/953)。对 CHPS点评结果与人工点评结果进行 χ2检验,两者差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论通过对 CHPS处方点评功能的开发与推广,可以使 CHPS兼顾药物不良反应监测与处方点评工作,从而打破区域屏障,实现资源共享。
英文摘要:
      Objective To exploit prescription review function of Chinese Hospital Pharmacovigilance System (CHPS) and discuss its future application.Methods Development kits and specific searching engine of CHPS was utilized to analyze and evaluate the useof Trimetazidine on patients admitted to Liaocheng People′s Hospital from January 1st 2019 to January 1st 2021, results were compared between CHPS and manual reviews. Results A total of 244 406 inpatients′ case files were searched and 1 261 who used Trimetazidine were reviewed by CHPS in 2 min30 s, out of which 953 cases of irrational treatment were detected. Manual verificationwas carried out and 40 cases were misjudged, thus the irrationality rate of Trimetazidine usage was 72.40% (913/1 261). The positiveprewarning rate of Trimetazidine review regimen based on CHPS was 95.80% (913/953). Chi-square test was performed on results ofTrimetazidine review by CHPS and manual operations, respectively, which was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion CHPS can both monitor adverse drug reactions and review prescriptions by developing and generalizing related functions, which can break regional barriers and achieve resource share.
