目的探讨改良分级运动想象训练对脑卒中病人的上肢功能康复的效果。方法选取 2018年 12月至 2019年 12月上海中冶医院收治的脑卒中上肢功能障碍病人 60例,依托随机数字表法将病人分为对照组 30例和治疗组 30例,对照组病人给予常规的康复治疗,治疗组病人在常规的康复治疗的基础上给予分级运动想象训练,共治疗 4周,每周 6次,每次 20 min。分别于治疗前、治疗 4周后采用简化 Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分( sFMA-UE)评分、 Wolf上肢运动功能测试( WMFT)和改良 Barthel指数( MBI)进行康复评定。结果治疗后两组病人 sFMA-UE评分、 WMFT评分、 MBI评分明显优于治疗前,组内比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组 sFMA-UE评分、 WMFT评分、 MBI评分分别为( 39.27±2.11)分、(29.23±1.30)分、(54.17±5.58)分均优于对照组( 33.33±3.13)分、(28.23±2.06)分、(49.67±5.56)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论改良分级运动想象训练可以改善脑卒中病人上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力。 |

Objective To explore the effect of modified graded motor imagery on the rehabilitation of upper limb function in stroke patients. Methods A total of 60 stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction treated in Shanghai Zhongye Hospital from December2018 to December 2019 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group based on the random number table method. The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the patients in the treatment group were given modified graded motor imagery training on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment, for a total of 4 weeks, 6 times a week, 20 minutes at a time. The patients were assessed by simplified fugl-meyer assessment scale-upper extremities (sFMA-UE), wolf upper limb motor function test (WMFT) and modified barthel index (MBI) before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment, the sFMA-UE score, WMFT score and MBI score of the two groups were significantly better thanthose before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of sFMA-UE, WMFT andMBI in the treatment group were (39.27±2.11), (29.23±1.30) and (54.17±5.58) respectively, which were better than those in the controlgroup (33.33±3.13), (28.23±2.06) and (49.67±5.56), the difference within the group was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified graded motor imagery can improve upper limb motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients. |
