| 目的充分了解医师 /药师对国家组织药品集中采购政策的认知程度与认可程度，为相关部门制定政策提供参考，推动国家组织集中采购药品(国家集采药品)工作。方法对合肥市某三甲综合医院医师 /药师开展问卷调查，调查问卷采用《“4+7”带量采购药品的医院药事管理与用药行为研究调查问卷》。应用 Excel 2019软件对问卷收集数据进行统计分析。结果共收集 1 022份有效问卷。其中，认知度调查结果显示 62.07%的医师 /药师表示非常熟悉或比较熟悉国家集采药品政策。此外， 80.75%的医师 /药师非常赞同或赞同该项政策。认可度调查结果显示 81.90%的医师 /药师在临床中会优先使用中选品种。用药习惯调查结果显示 41.09%的医师 /药师会针对所有病人均优先推荐使用中选品种。医师 /药师针对国家集采药品政策在医院内部的执行措施给出了建议。结论医师 /药师对国家集采药品政策的认知度和认可度较高，但对仿制药的质量信心不足，建议医院从多方面加强对国家集采药品的宣传，增强医师使用意愿。 |

| Objective To fully understand physicians/pharmacists′ awareness and recognition of the state-organized centralizeddrug procurement policy, so as to provide certain support for relevant departments to formulate policies, and promote the work of state-organized centralized drug procurement (national centralized drug procurement). Methods A questionnaire survey was conductedamong physicians/pharmacists in a tertiary general hospital in Hefei. Statistical analysis of the data collected from the questionnairewas performed using Excel software. Results A total of 1 022 valid questionnaires were collected. Among them, the results of theawareness survey showed that 62.07% physicians/pharmacists said they were very familiar or relatively familiar with the centralizeddrug procurement policy organized by the state. In addition, 80.75% physicians/pharmacists strongly agreed or agreed with the policy.The results of the approval survey showed that 81.90% physicians/pharmacists would prefer to use the selected varieties in clinicalpractice. The results of the survey on medication habits showed that 41.09% physicians/pharmacists would give priority to recommending the use of the selected varieties for all patients. Physicians/pharmacists gave suggestions on the implementation measures of the national centralized drug purchase policy within the hospital.Conclusion Physicians/pharmacists have a high degree of awareness and recognition of the state-organized centralized drug procurement policy, but lack confidence in the quality of generic drugs. It is recommended that hospitals strengthen the publicity of the national centralized drug procurement in various aspects and increase the willingness of doctors to use them. |
