| 目的筛选出符合国情的第二版慢性病病人生命质量测定量表体系之肠易激综合征量表 QLICD-IBS(V2.0)的特异模块的条目。方法运用议题小组和核心小组分工合作的方法构建出条目池，并对条目进行初步评价、修改和筛选形成初步量表。随后，分别抽取 2020年 11月至 2021年 2月昆明医科大学第一附属医院 40例肠易激综合征病人和昆明医科大学第一附属医院、第二附属医院 40名医护人员进行问卷调查和访谈，采用医生重要性评分、相关系数法、变异度法、因子分析法和克朗巴赫系数法 5种方法对条目进行筛选，结合专家讨论对条目进行再次筛选。结果定性和定量分析结合讨论后，最终选定 13个条目为 QLICD-IBS(V2.0)量表的特异模块，包含疾病症状、治疗副作用及心理生活影响 3个侧面。结论 QLICD-IBS(V2.0)量表的特异模块是严格按照量表开发和筛选步骤和方法完成的，具有较好的内容效度和代表性。 |

| Objective To develop a specific module of the irritable bowel syndrome scale [QLICD-IBS(V2.0)],which is suitable for the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases in China.Methods Using the methods of the combinations of nominal group and fo.cus group, the item pool was constructed and the items were initially evaluated, modified and screened to form a preliminary scale.Then, a questionnaire survey and interviews was carried out to 40 patients with irritable bowel syndrome in the First Affiliated Hospitalof Kunming Medical University and 40 medical personnel in the First,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical Universityfrom November 2020 to February 2021, respectively. The data was analyzed to screen items by five methods including doctor impor.tance ratings, correlation coefficient method, variation method, factor analysis and Cronbach coefficient method. And the items were re-screened by statistical methods combining with expert discusses.Results After the combination of qualitative and quantitative analy.sis and discussions, 13 items were finally selected to form the specific module of the QLICD-IBS(V2.0) scale for patients with irritablebowel syndrome. The items covered three facets: disease symptoms, treatment side effects and psychological effects to life. Conclu. sion The specific module of irritable bowel syndrome scale QLICD-IBS(V2.0) is completed strictly according to the scale develop.ment and screening procedures, which is of good representation and content validity. |
