| 随着社会经济发展及老龄化程度加重，心力衰竭(心衰)患病率呈上升趋势。过去射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)更受人们关注，随着对心衰研究认识深入，射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)也越来越受到重视。心衰和心房颤动(房颤)关系错综复杂，两者发生先后至今尚无定论。心衰各亚型中 HFpEF与房颤关系更为密切，关于 HFpEF合并房颤的研究相对较少。该研究从流行病学、病理生理机制和治疗进展等方面对 HFpEF合并房颤进行了综述，以期为 HFpEF合并房颤病人的管理及预后提供帮助。 |

| With the development of social economy and the aggravation of aging, the prevalence of heart failure (HF) is increasing. Inthe past, HF with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) has attracted more attention. With the in-depth understanding of HF, HF with pre?served ejection fraction (HFpEF) is also receiving more and more attention. The relationship between HF and atrial fibrillation (AF) iscomplex and the sequence of occurrence has not been determined. HFpEF is more closely associated with AF in all subtypes of HF, andthere are relatively few studies on HFpEF combined with AF. In this study, we reviewed the epidemiology, pathophysiological mecha?nism and treatment progress of HFpEF with AF, in order to provide help for the management and prognosis of HFpEF patients with AF. |
