| 随着白内障手术技术的发展和生活水平的提高，病人对连续白内障手术术中舒适度、术后视觉质量的期望值也相应提高。在目前应用表面麻醉情况下白内障手术相对无痛，但临床上常有病人抱怨第二眼白内障手术时疼痛较第一眼增加，且第一眼术后对侧未手术眼亦出现畏光、视力下降等不适。随着分子生物学的发展，越来越多的研究提示第一只手术眼通过亚临床交感反应造成对侧未手术眼炎症，且近年来由于共聚焦生物显微镜的应用，提示对侧未手术眼的角膜微观结构产生变化。该文针对单眼超声乳化白内障吸除术后对侧眼眼表及细胞因子变化的研究现况进行综述，以期加深临床医师对于对侧未手术眼的关注，从而为连续白内障手术时间设置提供参考意义。 |

| With the development of cataract surgery technology and improvement of living standards, patients′ expectation of intraop-erative comfort and postoperative visual quality of continuous cataract surgery have increased accordingly. The surface anesthesia ofcataract surgery is relatively painless, but patients often have complained that the pain of cataract surgery of the second eye is morethan that of the first eye, and some patients have the discomfort of photophobia and vision loss in the contralateral unoperated eye afterthe frst eye surgery. With the development of molecular biology, more and more studies have suggested that the inflammation of the con-tralateral unoperated eye was caused by clinical sympathetic response in the first operated eye. Recently, due to the application of thein vivo confocal microscopy, the corneal microstructure of the contralateral unoperated eye has changed. This article reviews the cur-rent research status of ocular surface and cytokine changes in the contralateral eye after monocular phacoemulsification cataract aspira-tion, in order to deepen clinicians attention to the contralateral unoperated eye and provide reference significance for the setting of con-tinuous cataract surgery time. |
