      目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌( PTC)组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 4(GPX-4)和铁蛋白重链 1(FTH-1)的表达情况,分析二者在 PTC发生发展中的生物学意义。方法采集 2019年 6月至 2023年 8月合肥市第三人民医院 40例 PTC病人的手术切除标本,分别为癌组织和癌旁组织。应用免疫组织化学染色检测 PTC组织和癌旁组织中 GPX-4和 FTH-1的表达情况,然后利用 SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果 GPX-4在 PTC组织与癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为 80.00%(32/40)和 15.00%(6/40), GPX-4在癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义( χ2=18.38,P<0.001)。同样, FTH-1在 PTC组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为 72.50%(29/40)和 10.00%(4/40),FTH-1在癌组织中的阳性表达率也显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义( χ2=18.58,P<0.001)。 GPX-4和 FTH-1在 PTC组织中的表达与 PTC的 TNM分期及淋巴结转移具有相关性( P<0.05)。结论 GPX-4和 FTH-1在 PTC组织中均呈阳性高表达,与 PTC的 TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,提示其与 PTC的发生发展密切相关,二者检测可作为评估 PTC临床预后的辅助指标,也为 PTC的分子靶向治疗提供新的方向。

      Objective To study the levels of GPX-4 and FTH-1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) tissues and examine their roles in the initiation and progression of PTC.Methods Surgical resection specimens were collected from 40 patients with PTC in Hefei Third People's Hospital from June 2019 to August 2023, including cancer tissue and adjacent tissue. Immunohistochemical stainingwas utilized to identify the presence of GPX-4 and FTH-1 in both PTC tissue and adjacent tissues, and statistical analysis was per- formed using SPSS 22.0 software.Results The positive expression rate of GPX-4 in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) tissues and ad-jacent tissues was 80.00% (32/40) and 15.00% (6/40), respectively, and positive expression rate of GPX-4 in cancer tissues was signifi-cantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues, and the difference between the two was statistically significant (χ2=18.38, P<0.001). Likewise,the positive rate of FTH-1 in PTC tissue and adjacent tissues was 72.50% (29/40) and 10.00% (4/40), respectively. The rate of FTH-1 positive expression in cancer tissue was notably higher than that in adjacent tissues, with a statistically significant difference (χ2=18.58, P<0.001). The expression of GPX-4 and FTH-1 in PTC tissue is correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis of PTC (P<0.05).Conclusions Both GPX-4 and FTH-1 are highly expressed in PTC tissues, which are related to the TNM staging andlymph node metastasis of PTC, suggesting their close correlation with the occurrence and development of PTC. The detection of bothmarkers can serve as auxiliary indicators for evaluating the clinical prognosis of PTC and provide new directions for molecular targetedtherapy of PTC.
