| 目的探讨甲状腺透明变梁状肿瘤( HTT)的临床病理特点及免疫表型，为其诊断、鉴别诊断提供依据。方法回顾性分析 2014―2020年苏北人民医院 5例 HTT的临床表现、组织病理学及免疫组织化学特征，并复习相关文献。结果病理学表现为瘤细胞呈梁状排列，间质常见基底膜样物沉积，细胞质内见嗜酸性颗粒状物，可见核沟及核内假包涵体。免疫组织化学标记结果显示瘤细胞 CD56、TG呈阳性表达， Ki67细胞膜阳性表达。该类肿瘤需要与甲状腺乳头状癌、副神经节瘤等鉴别。结论 HTT是一种罕见的甲状腺肿瘤，生物学行为多为良性，结合组织病理学及相关检查做出准确诊断，为临床治疗提供依据。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and immunophenotype of hyalinizing trabecular tumor of thyroid(HTT), so as to provide basis for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods The clinical manifestations, histopathological and im-munohistochemical features of five HTT patients in Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from 2014 to 2020 were retrospectively ana-lyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed.Results Pathologically, the tumor cells were arranged in trabecular pattern, and base- ment membrane-like material deposited in the stroma widespreadly. The tumor cells were filled with eosinophilic and granular materialin their cytoplasm, and nuclear grooves and pseudoinclusions were seen in the nucleus. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells werepositive for TG, CD56 and Ki67. This kind of tumor should be differentiated from thyroid papillary carcinoma, paraganglioma, etc.Con- clusions HTT is a rare thyroid tumor. Its biological behavior is mostly benign. Combined with histopathology and related examina-tions, we can make an accurate diagnosis and provide basis for clinical treatment. |
