| 肺康复是对病人进行全面评估后，通过制定运动训练、呼吸锻炼、营养干预等个体化治疗方案，以期减轻症状，提高自理能力，改善长期健康状况的一种综合干预措施。自美国胸科医师学会于 1974年首次提出肺康复定义以来，经过几十年的发展，肺康复的形式及内容发生了很大的变化，从仅仅作为药物治疗的补充慢慢变成了一项综合性的治疗方式。目前肺康复主要包括呼吸肌锻炼、运动训练、辅助排痰、机械通气、营养支持等多个方面内容，其对慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人肺功能的康复作用已获得广大医务工作者的认可。同时，在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重后的入院早期进行适当的肺康复训练也已获得越来越多研究者的关注。该文通过检索国内外相关文献来综述慢性阻塞性肺疾病早期肺康复的研究进展。 |

| Pulmonary rehabilitation is a comprehensive intervention to reduce symptoms, improve self-care ability, and improve long-term health status by developing individualized treatment plans including exercise training, respiratory exercises, and nutritional inter-ventions after a comprehensive assessment of the patient. Since the American College of Chest Physicians proposed the definition ofpulmonary rehabilitation for the first time in 1974, after decades of development, the form and content of pulmonary rehabilitation haschanged greatly, from just a supplement to drug therapy to slowly becoming a comprehensive therapy. At present, pulmonary rehabilita-tion mainly includes respiratory muscle exercise, exercise training, assisted sputum expulsion, mechanical ventilation, and nutritionalsupport, whose role in the rehabilitation of pulmonary function in patients with COPD has been recognized by the majority of health pro-fessionals. Meanwhile, appropriate pulmonary rehabilitation training in the early stage of hospitalization after acute exacerbation ofCOPD has also gained more and more attention from researchers, and this paper reviewed the research progress of early pulmonary re-habilitation for COPD by retrieving the relevant literature at home and abroad. |
