近年来稽留流产发病率逐年上升,然病因复杂,免疫相关因素是其病因学研究的热点。妊娠被看作是一次成功的同种异体移植,母体对胎儿形成免疫耐受,但母胎界面免疫微环境的任何失衡都可能导致妊娠失败。辅助型 T细胞 1(Th1)/辅助型 T细胞 2(Th2)、辅助型 T细胞 17(Th17)/调节性 T细胞(Treg)细胞因子共同构成的细胞因子网络对维持母胎界面免疫微环境的平衡至关重要,该文以 Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg型细胞因子群为中心,对其在稽留流产病因学领域的研究概况进行综述。 |

In recent years, the incidence of missed abortion has been increasing year by year. However, the etiology is complex, and immune-related factors are the focus of this study. Pregnancy is regarded as a successful allograft in which the mother develops immunetolerance to the fetus, but any imbalance in the immune microenvironment at the maternal-fetal interface may lead to pregnancy failure.The cytokine network jointly constituted by Th1 (T helper 1 cells)/Th2 (T helper 2 cells) and Th17 (T helper 17 cells)/Treg (regulatory Tcells) cytokines is crucial to maintaining the balance of the immune microenvironment at the maternal/fetal interface. In this paper, wereviewed the research status of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg cytokines in the field of missed abortion etiology. |
