目的建立体外透皮实验方法,研究不同基质软膏对红花溶剂提取物透过率的影响,为红花资源开发提供理论依据。方法 2023年 1—4月采用超声波辅助提取红花有效成分,并使用立式扩散池体外透皮吸收法研究红花提取物的透皮效果,采取紫外分光光度法进行测定含量。结果红花在乙醇、甲醇、二氯甲烷中的溶剂提取物的无基质浸膏透过率分别是 13.84%、15.26%、18.24%,对应乳剂型基质软膏透过率分别为 35.9%、44.69%、40.9%,对应水溶性基质软膏的透过率分别为 55.8%、69.8%、67.8%。结论红花溶剂提取物在不同基质中的透过率为:无基质浸膏 <乳剂基质软膏 <水溶性基质软膏,同种剂型下不同溶剂的红花溶剂提取物透过率差异无统计学意义。 |

Objective To establish an in vitro transdermal experimental method to study the effect of different matrix ointments onthe permeability of safflower solvent extracts, providing theoretical basis for safflower resource development.Methods The effective components of Carthami Flos were obtained by ultrasonic assisted extraction from January to April 2023, and study was performed onthe transdermal effect of Carthami Flos extracts using vertical diffusion cell in vitro transdermal absorption, and the concentration wasdetermined by UV spectrophotometry.Results The permeability rates of the solvent extracts of safflower in ethanol, methanol, and di-chloromethane without matrix were 13.84%, 15.26%, and 18.24%, respectively. The permeability rates of the corresponding emulsionbased matrix ointment were 35.9%, 44.69%, and 40.9%, respectively. And the permeability rates of the corresponding water-soluble matrix ointment were 55.8%, 69.8%, and 67.8%, respectively.Conclusions The permeability of safflower solvent extract in different matrices is as follows: extract without matrix |
