| 玫瑰痤疮是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，其发病机制尚未完全明确，目前研究表明可能与遗传因素、免疫紊乱及神经血管失调密切相关。近来国内外研究提示肥大细胞在玫瑰痤疮的发病中发挥重要作用。该研究就近期肥大细胞在玫瑰痤疮发病机制中的研究进展及其相关治疗方法进行总结，以期为今后深入探究玫瑰痤疮发病机制及进一步的临床研究提供参考。 |

| Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, the pathogenesis of which has not been fully elucidated. Current studiessuggest that it may be related to genetic factors, immune disorders and neurovascular dysregulation. Recent domestic and foreign studies suggest that mast cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of rosacea. This article summarizes the recent research progress ofmast cells in the pathogenesis of rosacea and related therapeutic approaches, with the aim of providing a reference for future in-depth investigation of the pathogenesis of rosacea and further clinical research. |
