呼吸机相关肺炎( ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)是重症医学科内常见的医院感染,具有较高的发病率及病死率。在机械通气下,微生态失调迅速发生,多样性逐渐下降。然而,微生态失调在 VAP的发病机制中的作用尚未完全阐明,对细菌、病毒、真菌之间的相互作用、微生物 -宿主的相互作用的深度分析可以更全面了解微生物组在 VAP发病机制中的作用,揭示呼吸微生物组研究在 VAP的前景和潜在的临床应用。该研究综述了微生物组在 VAP的发病机制、诊断及治疗等方面的研究进展,旨在为临床预防和治疗 VAP提供新的思路与方法。 |

Ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) is a common hospital infection in Intensive Care Unit, with high incidence rate andcase fatality rate. Under mechanical ventilation, microecological imbalance occurrs rapidly and diversity gradually declines. However,the role of microbial ecological imbalance in the pathogenesis of VAP has not been fully clarified. The in-depth analysis of the interaction among bacteria, viruses, fungi, and the interaction between microorganisms and hosts can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the role of microbiome in the pathogenesis of VAP, and reveal the prospects and potential clinical applications of respiratorymicrobiome research in VAP. This study reviews the research progress of microbiome in the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment ofVAP, aiming to provide new ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of VAP. |
