      目的探讨抑郁症病人血清 S100钙结合蛋白 A(S100A)8、S100A9表达水平,以及二者与抑郁程度的相关性。方法选取中国人民解放军空军第九八六医院 2019年 1月至 2022年 10月收治的 180例抑郁症病人作为研究组,另外选取 174例同期体检健康的志愿者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附测定检测血清 S100A8、S100A9水平,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HAMD-17)评估抑郁症病人的抑郁程度,其中 7~17分判定为轻度抑郁病人( 78例)、 18~24分为中度抑郁病人( 53例)、 >24分为重度抑郁病人(49例)采用 Spearman法分析血清 S100A8和 S100A9与病人抑郁程度的相关性。 Pearson法分析血清 S100A8和 S100A9与炎症因子的相,关性。 logistic回归分析影响病人抑郁程度的因素。结果研究组血清 S100A8[(6.57±1.74)μg/L]、 S100A9[(7.36±2.07)μg/L]以及炎症因子白细胞介素( IL)-6[( 15.37±3.56)ng/L]、 IL-1β[( 9.57±2.89)ng/L]、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)[( 24.24±5.28)ng/L]水平显著高于对照组[(3.98±1.18)μg/L、(4.14±1.25)μg/L、(12.98±3.86)ng/L、(6.98±1.45)ng/L、(18.45±4.19)ng/L],差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);研究组病人抑郁症家族史、体力活动时间与对照组相比差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);血清 S100A8和 S100A9水平在轻、中、重度抑郁病人中依次升高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);经 Spearman法分析发现,血清 S100A8和 S100A9及 IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α均与病人抑郁程度呈正相关( r=0.54、0.44、0.41、0.44、0.51,P<0.05);经 Pearson法分析,血清 S100A8水平分别与 IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α呈正相关( r=0.35、0.41、0.45,P<0.05)血清 S100A9水平分别与 IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α呈正相关( r=0.37、0.38、0.44,P<0.05)。 logistic回归分析,结果显示 S100A8、S100A9L-6、IL-1β、TNF-α是抑郁症病人抑郁程度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 S100A8、S100A9在抑郁症病人血清中表达上调,与病人的抑郁程度密切相关。

      Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum S100 calcium binding protein A (S100A) 8 and S100A9 in patients with depression and their correlation with the degree of depression.Methods A total of 180 patients with depression admitted toChinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force 986th Hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study group,in addition, 174 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, serum S100A8 and S100A9 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) was used to assess the degree of depression in patients withdepression, and among them, patients with 7 to 17 points were determined as mild depression (78 cases), patients with 18 to 24 pointswere determined as moderate depression (53 cases), and patients with more than 24 points were determined as severe depression (49 cases), Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between serum S100A8 and S100A9 and the degree of depression. The correlation between serum S100A8 and S100A9 and inflammatory factors was analyzed by Pearson method. Logistic regression analysis wasused to analyze the factors influencing the degree of depression of patients.Results The levels of S100A8 [(6.57±1.74) μg/L], S100A9 [(7.36±2.07) μg/L], interleukin-6 (IL-6) [(15.37±3.56) ng/L], interleukin-1β (IL-1β) [(9.57±2.89) ng/L] and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) [(24.24±5.28) ng/L] in serum of the study group were obviously higher than those of the control group [(3.98±1.18) μg/L, (4.14±1.25) μg/L, (12.98±3.86) ng/L, (6.98±1.45) ng/L, (18.45±4.19) ng/L] (P<0.05); the family history of depression and physical activity timein the study group were obviously different from those in the control group (P<0.05); the levels of S100A8 and S100A9 in serum were higher in patients with mild, moderate and severe depression (P<0.05); Spearman analysis showed that serum S100A8 and S100A9, IL-6,IL-1β, TNF-α were positively correlated with the degree of depression (r=0.54, 0.44, 0.41, 0.44, 0.51, P<0.05); Serum S100A8 levels was positively correlated with IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α by Pearson method (r=0.35, 0.41, 0.45, P<0.05). Serum S100A9 levels was positively correlated with IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α(r=0.37, 0.38, 0.44, P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that S100A8, S100A9, IL-6, IL1β and TNF-α were the influencing factors of depression in patients with depression (P<0.05).Conclusion S100A8 and S100A9 are up-regulated in the serum of patients with depression, which is closely related to the degree of depression.
