      目的基于 Web of Science对心肌梗死( miocardial infarction,MI)后心律失常研究的科学成果进行可视化分析,明确该领域的研究现状、热点与前沿。方法在 1d内检索 Web of Science核心合集数据库中 2013—2022年有关 MI和心律失常研究的文献,利用可视化分析软件 CiteSpace 6.2.R4进行国家、机构共现分析、期刊、文献共被引分析和关键词:共现、聚类、突现分析。结果共纳入 5 505篇论文;在过去的十年里, MI后心律失常研究的发文量整体呈波动上升趋势。共有 98个国家参与研究,美国是最高产的国家(1 838篇)也是与其他国家合作最密切的国家。哈佛大学的论文贡献最多( 261篇),共被引次数最多的期刊是 Circulation(4 564次),2015年,欧洲心脏病学会制定的《室性心律失常和心脏猝死的预防管理指南》是共被引频次最高的文献( 130次)。除“心肌梗死、心律失常”外,高频关键词:有“室性心律失常、室性心动过速、死亡率、心源性猝死、风险、心力衰竭”等,是中介中心性最高的关键词:,是爆发性最强的关键词:。结论近十年, MI后心律“植入式心脏复律除颤器”“再灌注”失常领域研究热度持续上升,研究热点是室性心律失常的治疗和心源性猝死的预防,再灌注治疗和再灌注心律失常是未来的研究方向。

      Objective To visualize and analyze the scientific achievements of arrhythmia research after myocardial infarction (MI)based on Web of Science, and to clarify the current research status, hotspots, and frontiers in this field.Methods Within one day, theWeb of Science core collection database for literature related to MI and arrhythmia research from 2013 to 2022. The visualization analysis software CiteSpace 6.2.R4 were used for national and institutional co-occurrence analysis, journal and literature co-citation analysis, and keyword co-occurrence, clustering, and bursts analysis.Results A total of 5 505 papers were included, and over the past 10 years,the overall number of publications on arrhythmia after MI research had shown a fluctuating upward trend. A total of 98 countries participated in the study, with the United States being the most productive country (1 838 articles) and also the country with the closest cooperation with other countries. Harvard University had contributed the most papers (261 papers), and the journal with the most citationswas Circulation (4 564 times). The "Guidelines for the management of patients with ventricular arrhythmias and the prevention of sudden cardiac death" developed by the European Heart Association in 2015 was the most frequently cited literature (130 times). In addition to "MI and arrhythmia", high-frequency Key words:included "ventricular arrhythmias, ventricular tachycardia, mortality, suddencardiac death, risk, heart failure", etc. "Implantable cardioverter defibrillators" had the highest betweenness centrality, while "reperfusion" was the most explosive keyword.Conclusions In the past decade, the research heat in the field of arrhythmia after MI has continued to rise. Research hotspots are the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia and the prevention of sudden cardiac death. Reperfusiontherapy and reperfusion arrhythmia are future research directions.
