非酒精性脂肪性肝炎( NASH)存在肝细胞损伤、肝脏慢性炎症及不同程度纤维化,并且 NASH促凝活性增强和血栓形成风险增加。 NASH的重要特征是肝脏中性粒细胞浸润,中性粒细胞在促进 NASH炎症及纤维化进展发挥重要作用。中性粒细胞被过度激活时形成的中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网( NETs)可促进肝脏细胞损伤,加重 NASH肝脏炎症及纤维化,并且促进 NASH向肝细胞癌的发展并促进癌症的侵袭和转移。同时 NETs与血栓形成高度相关,炎症与凝血关系密切, NETs促进 NASH炎症进展的能力也可能与血栓形成有关。 |

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is associated with hepatocyte injury, chronic inflammation of the liver, and varying degrees of fibrosis, with enhanced coagulant activity and increased risk of thrombosis. The infiltration of neutrophils in the liver is an important feature of NASH, and they play a crucial role in promoting inflammation and fibrosis progression. Excessive activation of neutrophils leads to the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), which can exacerbate liver injury, aggravate inflammation and fibrosis in NASH, facilitate the development of hepatocellular carcinoma, and promote cancer invasion and metastasis. Meanwhile, NETswere highly correlated with thrombosis. Inflammation is closely related to coagulation, and the ability of NETs to promote inflammatoryprogression in NASH may also be related to thrombosis. |
