| 目的探讨通过拔牙治疗 1例 Lesch-Nyhan综合征病儿的诊疗经过。方法回顾性分析 2022年 7月四川大学华西第二医院收治的 1例 Lesch-Nyhan综合征病儿临床资料、基因结果及诊疗经过。结果该病儿基因证实为 Lesch-Nyhan综合征，有严重口腔自伤行为，药物及干预行为疗效不佳，拔牙治疗后病儿自伤行为减轻。结论拔牙对治疗口腔自伤行为严重 LeschNyhan综合征病儿有明显效果。 |

| Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment process of a child with Lesch -Nyhan syndrome treated with tooth extraction.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data, genetic results, and diagnosis and treatment process of a child with Lesch-Nyhan syndrome admitted to West China Second University Hospital in July 2022 was conducted.Results Lesch-Nyhan syndrome was confirmed in the gene of the child with severe oral self-injury behavior. The efficacy of medication and intervention behavior was poor, and the child's self-injury behavior was reduced after tooth extraction treatment.Conclusion Tooth extraction has a significant effect on the treatment of severe oral self-injury in children with Lesch-Nyhan syndrome. |
