| 目的探究参黄降糖胶囊联合穴位贴敷对 2型糖尿病病人胰岛功能及脂联素水平的影响。方法通过随机数字表法将 2020年 2月至 2022年 2月河北省沧州中西医结合医院接收的 200例气阴两虚型 2型糖尿病病人分为对照组( n=100，强化生活方式干预 +二甲双胍肠溶片)和研究组( n=100，强化生活方式干预 +二甲双胍肠溶片 +参黄降糖胶囊和穴位贴敷)。比较两组病人临床治疗效果、胰岛功能指标、脂联素水平、中医证候积分、脂代谢水平。结果研究组总有效率( 90.00%，90/100)高于对照组( 79.00%，79/100)(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组和对照组病人胰岛素抵抗指数( HOMA-IR)较治疗前降低( P<0.05)研究组低于对照组( 2.51±0.48比 2.99±0.59，P<0.05)；空腹胰岛素( FINS)、 HOMA-β较治疗前升高( P<0.05)，研究组高于对照组［(，11.92± 1.46)mIU/L比( 8.47±1.88)mIU/L，124.86±35.96比 69.55±21.35；P<0.05］。治疗后，研究组和对照组病人脂联素水平较治疗前升高( P<0.05)研究组高于对照组［( 19.04±5.37)mg/L比( 16.02±5.58)mg/L，P<0.05］。治疗后，研究组和对照组病人中医证候积分较治疗前降，低( P<0.05)研究组低于对照组( P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组和对照组病人总胆固醇( TC)、三酰甘油( TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)较治疗，前降低( P<0.05)，研究组低于对照组( P<0.05)。结论参黄降糖胶囊联合穴位贴敷对 2型糖尿病病人临床治疗效果显著，可改善胰岛功能、脂联素水平和脂代谢水平，减轻临床症状。 |

| Objective To explore the impacts of Shenhuang Jiangtang capsules combined with acupoint application on islet function and adiponectin level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Two hundred T2DM patients with deficiency of qi and yin who were admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM·Hebei from February 2020 to February 2022 were assigned into two groups: the control group (n=100, intensive lifestyle intervention + metformin enteric-coated tablets) and the study group (n= 100, intensive lifestyle intervention + metformin enteric-coated tablets + Shenhuang Jiangtang capsules and acupoint application) bymeans of a random number table. Comparison was made of clinical efficacy, islet function indexes, adiponectin levels, Chinese medi-cine syndrome scores, and lipid metabolism levels between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate in the study group (90.00%, 90/100) was higher than that in the control group (79.00%, 79/100) (P<0.05). After treatment, the insulin resistance in-dexes (HOMA-IR) of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the index in the study group was low-er than that in the control group (2.51±0.48 vs. 2.99±0.59, P<0.05). Fasting insulin (FINS) and HOMA-β were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group [(11.92±1.46) mIU/L vs. (8.47±1.88) mIU/L, 124.86±35.96 vs. 69.55±21.35; P<0.05]. After treatment, adiponectin levels were elevated in patients of both groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels were higher in the study group than the control group [(19.04±5.37) mg/L vs. (16.02±5.58) mg/L, P<0.05]. After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups decreased (P<0.05); the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), and low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C) of patients in the study group and the control group after treatment were lower than those before treat-ment (P<0.05), and the levels were lower in the study group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenhuang Jiangtang cap-sules combined with acupoint application has an obvious clinical therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, which can im-prove the islet function, adiponectin and lipid metabolism levels, and alleviate clinical symptoms. |
