      目的探讨在公立医院人才培养中思政元素融入的路径并对实践效果进行评价。方法 2017年 1月至 2023年 7月,以“三融、三入、两强化”为原则设计 8个路径,将思政元素融入人才培养全程,通过量表、问卷调查及理论考核来考察扬州市中医院人才分层次培养项目的 153名研究对象在培养前后的职业使命感得分、社会责任践行积分及思政元素的考核得分,并运用单因素方差分析、配对样本 t检验、 Pearson相关性分析、多重响应分析等统计方法对数据进行分析,进而评价其培养效果。结思政元素融入人才培养后,研究对象的职业使命感[(46.54±3.50)分比( 41.16±2.88)分]、社会责任践行情况[(49.97±4.86)分果比( 30.35±1.40)分]和思政知识掌握情况[(76.03±6.96)分比( 70.13±2.92)分]均有显著提升( P<0.05); 8个思政元素融入路径 中实践项目、红色寻访、专题思政理论课程和人文关怀与社会责任践行呈显著正相关(P<0.05);学习效果感知评价和满意度调查表明整体路径设计评价较好,但能力技能提升课程和专题职业精神教育课程吸引力不够。结论在公立医院人才培养中融入思想政治元素,有助于强化政治意识、培育医德观念、塑造职业精神和引导职业行为,值得推广。

      Objective To explore the path of integrating ideological and political elements into talent cultivation in public hospitalsand to evaluate the practical effects.Methods From January 2017 to July 2023, 8 paths were designed to integrate ideological and po-litical elements into the entire process of talent cultivation based on the principle of "three integration, three inclusion, and two en-hancements", and 153 research subjects of the talent hierarchical training project of Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine were investigated before and after the training in terms of career mission scores, social responsibility practice scores and ideologi-cal knowledge scores by scale, questionnaire survey and theoretical examination. Statistical methods such as One-way analysis of vari-ance (ANOVA), paired-samples t-test, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple response analysis were used to analyze the data, andthen evaluate the training outcomes.Results After courses, the subjects' professional sense of mission [(46.54±3.50) points vs. (41.16± 2.88) points], social responsibility scores [(49.97±4.86) points vs. (30.35±1.40) points], ideological and political knowledge assessment results [(76.03±6.96) points vs. (70.13±2.92) points] were all significantly improved (P<0.05). Among the 8 paths of ideological and po-litical elements education, practical projects, visits of educational bases, thematic ideological theory courses and humanistic care weresignificantly positively correlated with the practice of social responsibility (P<0.05). The evaluation of learning outcomes and satisfac-tion survey showed that the overall design is considered to be good, but the skills enhancement courses and specialized professionalspirit education need to further enhance the curriculum attractiveness.Conclusion Integrating ideological and political elements intotalent cultivation in public hospitals can effectively help to strengthen political consciousness, cultivate medical ethics, shape profes-sional spirit and guide professional behavior, and is worth promoting.
