磷酸蛋白酶 1(SPP1)是糖蛋白家族成员之一,广泛表达于肺腺癌、胃癌、食管鳞状细胞癌等肿瘤组织,在多种肿瘤中具有生物标志物的特性。 SPP1通过与配体相互作用,影响下游信号通路,使肿瘤免疫微环境处于抑制状态,从而介导多种恶性肿瘤生长、浸润和转移; SPP1亦可通过磷脂酰肌醇 3-激酶( PI3K)/蛋白激酶 B(AKT)信号通路介导卵巢癌、肝细胞癌出现耐药,而研究表明 SPP1抑制剂可以逆转肿瘤耐药,减慢肿瘤发展过程。 SPP1有希望成为恶性肿瘤潜在的诊断治疗靶点之一,该研究就 SPP1基因在恶性肿瘤研究中进展作一综述。 |

Secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP1), a member of the glycoprotein family, is extensively expressed in lung adenocarcinoma,gastric cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and other tumor tissues, and possesses biomarker properties in a multitude of tu-mors. By interacting with ligands, SPP1 influences the downstream signaling pathway and impedes the tumor immune microenviron-ment, thereby facilitating the growth, invasion, and metastasis of various malignant tumors. SPP1 is also capable of mediating drug resis-tance in ovarian cancer and other forms of cancer. Additionally, SPP1 can also mediate drug resistance in ovarian cancer and hepatocel-lular carcinoma through the phosphoinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathway. Studies have demonstrated thatSPP1 inhibitors can reverse tumor drug resistance and slow down tumor progression. SPP1 possesses the potential to be among the via-ble targets for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. This study reviews the progress of SPP1 gene research in malignant tu-mors. |
