摘要:目的:分析一例美罗培南致丙戊酸钠(VPA)血药浓度下降的典型病例,并结合文献探讨其相互作用特点及影响因素,为合理用药提供依据。方法:选取我院一例严重肺部感染继发癫痫发作患者,其在联合使用美罗培南和VPA治疗中出现VPA血药浓度显著下降。结合该病例,回顾2012年1月至2024年11月期间CNKI及PubMed等数据库中相关研究,进行系统分析。结果:文献显示,美罗培南与VPA联用普遍导致VPA血药浓度显著下降,影响疗效和安全性。结论:虽指南建议避免联用,但此类组合在临床中仍较常见。应加强药物监护,提升对相互作用的认识,优化用药策略,降低不良反应风险,确保患者用药安全和疗效。 |

Abstract: objective: to analyze a typical case of valproic acid (VPA) plasma concentration decrease caused by Meropenem, and to explore the interaction characteristics and influencing factors of VPA plasma concentration decrease, so as to provide the basis for rational drug use. Methods: a patient with severe pulmonary infection secondary to seizures in our hospital was treated with Meropenem and VPA. WE 2024 a systematic analysis of CNKI and PubMed databases from January 2012 to November 2012. Results: the literature showed that the combination of Meropenem and VPA generally resulted in a significant decrease in VPA plasma concentrations, affecting efficacy and safety. Conclusions: although the guidelines advise against combination, such combinations are still common in the clinic. It is necessary to strengthen drug monitoring, improve the understanding of the interaction, optimize medication strategies, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and ensure the safety and efficacy of drug use in patients. |
