| 转化生长因子 β(TGF-β)在肺癌的发生发展过程中具有重要的双重调控作用。 TGF-β在肺癌发生早期通过抑制细胞生长和诱导细胞凋亡对肺癌起抑制作用，在肺癌发展的中后期，当体内 TGF-β信号通路促肿瘤功能压倒 TGF-β的抗肿瘤作用时，它最终会促进肺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移。因此，通过研究 TGF-β在肺癌不同阶段中的作用机制，并探讨 TGF-β抑制剂在肺癌治疗中的作用，有望为肺癌不同阶段靶向治疗提供新的药物治疗靶点。 |

| Transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) plays an important dual role in the development and progression of lung cancer. In the early stage of lung cancer, TGF-β can inhibit the disease by suppressing the growth and accelerating the apoptosis of cells. In themiddle and late stage of lung cancer, TGF-β will eventually promote the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of lung cancer cells, when the tumor-promoting function of TGF-β overcomes the anti-tumor effect of TGF-β in vivo. By studying the mechanism of TGF-β in different stages of lung cancer and exploring the role of TGF-β inhibitors in the treatment of lung cancer, it is expected to provide anew drug therapeutic target for the targeted therapy of different stages of lung cancer. |
