| 【】目的:探究针刺联合自拟安神定志膏治疗卒中后心胆气虚型失眠的疗效及对患者血清神经递质的影响。方法:选择120例于2020年1月至2024年5月我院收治的心胆气虚型PSI患者,随机分为常规组(采用艾司唑仑口服,59例)、联合组(采用针刺联合自拟安神定志膏,61例),比较两组临床疗效、睡眠质量、血清神经递质水平、焦虑和抑郁程度。结果:联合组总有效率(98.36%)较常规组(79.66%)明显更高(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后PSQI均降低,且联合组量表得分明显更低(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后5-HT均升高,DA均降低,且联合组指标升高、降低均更明显(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后SAS、SDS量表得分均降低,且联合组量表得分均明显更低(P＜0.05)。结论:针刺联合自拟安神定志膏能够有效降低卒中后心胆气虚型失眠患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,改善血清神经递质水平,提高睡眠质量,增强临床治疗效果。 |

| Objective: To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with self-formulated Anshen Dingzhi ointment on post-stroke insomnia with heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency, and its impact on serum neurotransmitters in patients. Methods: 120 patients with post-stroke insomnia of heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency type who visited our hospital from January 2020 to May 2024 were randomly assigned into a conventional group (treated with oral escitalopram, 59 cases) and a combined group (treated with acupuncture combined with self-formulated Anshen Dingzhi ointment, 61 cases). The efficacy, sleep quality, serum neurotransmitter levels, anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the combined group (98.36%) was greatly higher than that of the conventional group (79.66%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the PSQI in both groups decreased, and the combined group had greatly lower scores (P<0.05). After treatment, 5-HT level increased and DA level decreased in both groups, and the combined group showed more great changes (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS scales in both groups decreased, and the scores of the combined group were greatly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with self-formulated Anshen Dingzhi ointment can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in post-stroke insomnia patients of heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency type, improve serum neurotransmitter levels, ameliorate sleep quality, and enhance efficacy. |
