含伴侣蛋白的无尾复合物多肽1 (Chaperonin Containing Tailless ,CCT)或无尾复合物多肽1环复合物(Tailless complex polypeptide 1-Ring Complex,TRiC)是一种必需的真核生物分子伴侣,在协助细胞蛋白质折叠和抑制蛋白质聚集中起重要作用。CCT在消化道恶性肿瘤中通常高表达,并协助癌症相关蛋白的折叠,如E-钙粘蛋白(Epithelial Cadherin,E-cadherin)、转录因子AP-1核心亚基(Jun Proto-Oncogene,JUN)和信号传导和转录激活因子3(Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3,STAT3),参与细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭等生物过程。此外,CCT还能折叠与细胞周期进展有关的蛋白质,影响细胞周期转换,从而影响食管癌、胃癌、肝细胞癌和结直肠癌的发生发展。此外,CCT与癌症患者化疗耐药性相关。因此,CCT有可能成为一种新的肿瘤标志物或治疗靶点,为临床患者分子靶向治疗和免疫治疗提供一定的指导。 |

The chaperonin-containing tailless complex polypeptide 1 (CCT), also referred to as the tailless complex polypeptide 1-ring complex (TRiC), is an essential eukaryotic molecular chaperone that plays a critical role in facilitating cellular protein folding and suppressing protein aggregation. CCT is frequently overexpressed in gastrointestinal malignancies and facilitates the folding of cancer-associated proteins such as E-cadherin, JUN, and STAT3, which are involved in biological processes including cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Additionally, CCT mediates the folding of proteins essential for cell cycle progression, thereby regulating cell cycle transitions and contributing to the pathogenesis of esophageal, gastric, hepatocellular, and colorectal cancers. CCT has also been implicated in chemotherapy resistance in cancer patients. These functional attributes highlight its potential as a novel tumor biomarker or therapeutic target, offering insights for molecular-targeted therapies and immunotherapy in clinical oncology. |
