| 帕金森病( PD)是一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病，抑郁是其最常见的非运动症状之一，严重影响病人的生活质量。研究表明雷沙吉兰除可缓解 PD运动症状外，还可显著改善其抑郁症状，但因与抗抑郁药合用存在 5-羟色胺综合征( SS)的风险，故雷沙吉兰与抗抑郁药合用的安全性一直受到质疑。该研究总结雷沙吉兰对 PD抑郁症状的影响及可能的机制；评估雷沙吉兰与抗抑郁药合用的安全性，同时整理了雷沙吉兰参与致病的 SS病例；以期指导雷沙吉兰的充分、合理应用，为 PD合并抑郁的个体化治疗提供参考。 |

| Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease, and depression is one of its most common non-motor symptoms, which severely reduces the quality of life of patients. Some studies have shown that rasagiline can significantly improve thedepressive symptoms of PD in addition to the motor symptoms, but its safety has been questioned when combined with antidepressantsbecause of the risk of serotonin syndrome (SS). In this review, we summarized the effects of rasagiline on depressive symptoms in PDand the possible mechanisms, and evaluated the safety of combining rasagiline and antidepressants, while all case reports of SS associ-ated with rasagiline were identified. This review will guide clinicians to use rasagiline more fully and reasonably and provide a refer-ence for the personalized treatment of PD complicated with depression. |
