| 目的确定鄂西北野生仙鹤草基源及其品质。方法 2022年 12月至 2023年 6月观察鄂西北 9个产地野生仙鹤草的植物形态，并与中国植物志比对确定其基源；薄层色谱鉴别方法对饮片粉末进行定性鉴别；建立高效液相色谱法( HPLC)测定仙鹤草槲皮素的含量。色谱柱为 Agilent 5 HC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，以乙腈 .0.2%磷酸水溶液( 28∶72，V/V)为流动相；流速 1 mL/min；检测波长 368 nm；柱温 30 ℃。结果鄂西北 9个产地野生仙鹤草指标性成分槲皮素的平均含量为 0.75 mg/g，对照药材含量为 0.75 mg/g，含量的平均值与对照药材的相当。结论所建立的槲皮素含量测定分析方法准确、可靠，可为后续质量标准的建立提供参考；在 9个产地样品中，以茅箭、郧西县和张湾西沟 3个产地的槲皮素含量相对较高，跟市场流通饮片槲皮素含量差异较大，可能跟采收时间、产地加工等因素有关。 |

| Objective To determine the source and quality of the wild Agrimony (Agrimoniae Herba) in Northwest Hubei Province. Methods Observation of the plant morphology of wild crane grass from nine production areas in northwest Hubei province from De-cember 2022 to June 2023, and compared with the records of Flora of China to determine its source. High-performance liquid chroma-tography (HPLC) was performed to determine the content of quercetin on Agilent 5 HC-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). Acetoni-trile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (28∶72, V/V) was used as the mobile phase, with flow rate at 1 mL/min, detection wave-length 368 nm, and column temperature 30 ℃.Results The average contents of quercetin was 0.75 mg/g in the wild Agrimony and |
