      儿童哮喘是一种以气道高反应性、慢性炎症和黏液分泌增加为特征的异质性疾病,其中屋尘螨(House Dust Mite, HDM)是主要的环境诱因之一。近年来,受体相互作用蛋白激酶(Receptor-Interacting Protein Kinase, RIPK)信号通路在炎症和细胞死亡调控中的作用逐渐被揭示。本文综述了RIPK信号通路在尘螨诱导的儿童哮喘中的调控机制,探讨了RIPK1和RIPK3在气道炎症、细胞死亡以及免疫反应中的作用,并讨论了潜在的治疗策略。
英文摘要:
      Childhood asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness, chronic inflammation, and increased mucus secretion, among which house dust mite (HDM) is one of the main environmental triggers. In recent years, the role of receptor-interacting protein kinase (RIPK) signaling pathway in the regulation of inflammation and cell death has been gradually revealed. In this review, we review the regulatory mechanism of RIPK signaling pathway in dust mites-induced asthma in children, explore the role of RIPK1 and RIPK3 in airway inflammation, cell death, and immune response, and discuss potential therapeutic strategies.
