      目的探讨亲子合作式地板游戏疗法对孤独症谱系障碍( ASD)病儿的症状控制、社交反应及病儿父母育儿压力的影响。方法选取 2020年 2月至 2022年 2月于荆州市妇幼保健院采用常规康复疗法及亲子合作式地板游戏疗法进行治疗的 ASD病儿为研究对象,从不同治疗方法的病儿中按随机数字表法各选取 55例分为对照组和观察组,于治疗 3个月后评估病儿儿童孤独症评定量表( CARS)评分、社交反应及病儿父母育儿压力的变化。结果协方差主体间效应检验显示,治疗后,观察组病儿儿童孤独症行为量表( ABC)总分、 CARS评分和社交反应量表( SRS)评分分别为( 95.98±12.61)分、(27.77±2.98)分及(107.73±12.44)分,低于对照组的( 108.34±14.44)分、(30.65±3.26)分和( 117.29±13.58)分,均差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组病儿简式育儿压力问卷( PSI-SF)中育儿愁苦、困难儿童、亲子互动失调评分为( 28.11±3.08)分、(27.26±2.88)分及(25.42±2.59)分,低于对照组的( 32.09±3.54)分、(30.94±3.25)分和( 28.12±2.91)分,均差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论亲子合作式地板游戏疗法能够降低 ASD病儿 CARS评分及病儿父母育儿压力,提高病儿社交反应能力。

      Objective To explore the influence of parent-child cooperative floor play therapy on symptom control, social reaction andparental rearing pressure of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).Methods Selecting ASD children treated with convention-al rehabilitation therapy and parent-child cooperative floor play therapy at Jingzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February2020 to February 2022 as the research subjects. Respective 55 children with ASD treated with different therapies were randomly select-ed and assigned into control group and observation group. Children autism rating scale (CARS) scores, social responsiveness and par-enting stress were evaluated after 3 months of treatment. Results The inter-subject effect test results of covariance showed that aftertreatment, the total scores of the child autism behavior scale (ABC), CARS score and social response scale (SRS) in the observationgroup were (95.98±12.61) points, (27.77±2.98) points and (107.73±12.44) points, respectively, which were lower than those in the con-trol group [(108.34±14.44) points, (30.65±3.26) points and (117.29±13.58) points, respectively], and the differences were statisticallysignificant (all P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of parental distress, difficult child and parent-child dysfunctional interaction in theobservation group were (28.11±3.08) points, (27.26±2.88) points and (25.42±2.59) points in Parenting Stress Index, Short Form (PSI-SF), which were lower than those in the control group [(32.09±3.54) points, (30.94±3.25) points and (28.12±2.91) points, respectively],and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusion The parent-child cooperative floor play therapy can reducethe CARS score of children with ASD and parental distress of the parents, and improve the children's social responsiveness.
