昼夜节律紊乱对人体健康有着深远的影响,尤其是在肠道健康方面。肠道屏障作为宿主防御的第一道屏障,不仅参与物质的消化吸收,还参与免疫调节和病原体防御。近年来,昼夜节律紊乱通过干扰肠道微生物群、炎性信号通路、氧化应激和关键分子机制(如AhR和Nrf2通路)的研究受到越来越多关注。本综述系统阐述昼夜节律紊乱通过调控关键分子通路影响肠道屏障功能的分子机制,并系统探讨其在疾病预防与治疗中的临床价值。 |

Circadian rhythm disruption has far-reaching consequences for human health, especially in terms of gut health. As the first barrier of host defence, the gut barrier is involved not only in the digestion and absorption of substances, but also in immune regulation and pathogen defence. In recent years, circadian rhythm disruption has received increasing attention through disruption of the gut microbiota, inflammatory signalling pathways, oxidative stress and key molecular mechanisms such as the AhR and Nrf2 pathways. This review systematically expounds the molecular mechanism by which circadian rhythm disorder affects the function of intestinal barrier by regulating key molecular pathways, and systematically discusses its clinical value in disease prevention and treatment. |
