| 目的研制 1种简便实用的类风湿性关节炎( RA)病人疲劳程度评估工具并进行信度、效度检验，为临床评估及管理 RA病人疲劳提供客观的工具和依据。方法通过文献检索确定了 RA病人疲劳量表的基本框架、内容效度指数及信度检验指标；根据半结构式访谈结果形成 RA病人疲劳预量表；以 2022年 4—9月就诊于山西医科大学第二医院风湿免疫科的 120例 RA病人为对象进行调查，采用临界比值法、相关系数法、独立样本 t检验、可靠性分析及探索性因子分析进行条目再筛选，形成量表终稿；发放给 120例 RA病人进行评估，分析该量表的信效度。结果该正式量表共 21个条目， 4个维度。该量表总的 Cronbach's α为 0.980，总的格特曼折半系数为 0.920，KMO值为 0.939，巴特利特球形度检验为 4 273.309，自由度为 210(P<0.001)提示量表具有良好的稳定性，适合在临床推广应用。结论该研究编制的 RA病人疲劳评估量表总体结构合理、可靠，适合于，RA病人疲劳程度的评价。 |

| Objective To develop an ordinary and practical instrument for appraising fatigue in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and to test its reliability and validity, furnishing disinterested tools and testimony for clinical evaluation and management of fa-tigue in RA patients.Methods The basic framework, content validity index, and reliability testing index of the RA Patient FatigueScale were determined through literature search. The first draft of the fatigue scale for RA patients was formed based on the results ofsemi structured interviews; a survey was conducted on 120 RA patients who visited the Rheumatology and Immunology Department ofthe Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from April to September 2022. Critical ratio method, correlation coefficient method,independent sample t-test, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis were used to rescreen the entries, and the final draft ofthe scale was formed. The scale was distributed to 120 RA patients for evaluation and analysis of its reliability and validity.Results The formal scale had 21 entries and 4 dimensions. The total clonal Bach α coefficient of the scale was 0.980, the total Gertman's halfcoefficient was 0.920, the KMO value was 0.939, the Bartlett's sphericity test was 4 273.309, the degree of freedom was 210 (P<0.001), indicating that the scale had good stability and was suitable for clinical application.Conclusion The overall structure of the fatigue as-sessment scale for RA patients developed in this study is reasonable and reliable, and is suitable for evaluating the fatigue degree of RApatients. |
