      目的 本研究旨在探讨PEARLS复盘框架结合情境模拟教学在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法 本研究纳入2023级临床专业在培住院医师117人,随机分为对照组(59人)和观察组(58人)。对照组采用传统教学,观察组结合PEARLS复盘框架进行情境模拟教学。采用SPSS 29.0分析前后测数据,评估两组学员的临床技能操作的掌握情况。结果 观察组在四大穿刺技能(胸腔穿刺、腹腔穿刺、腰椎穿刺、骨髓穿刺)操作流程规范性方面得分显著高于对照组(P< 0.05)。此外,观察组学员在反思过程中表现出更强的批判性思维能力,显示出PEARLS复盘框架的综合促进作用。结论 PEARLS复盘框架运用在临床技能情境模拟教学中能显著提升住院医师的临床技能水平,且该框架通过结构化反馈优化教学效果,为临床技能培训提供了新的教学思路和实践经验。

      Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of the PEARLS debriefing framework in clinical skills scenario simulation teaching.Methods A total of 117 resident physicians from the 2023 clinical cohort were enrolled and randomly assigned to either the observation group (n=58) or the control group (n=59). The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the observation group incorporated the PEARLS debriefing framework in their simulation-based training. SPSS 29.0 was used to analyze the pre- and post-test data, assessing the mastery of clinical skills by both groups.Results The observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of the standardization of the four major puncture skills(Thoracentesis、Abdominocentesis、Lumbar Puncture、Bone Marrow Puncture) operation process (P < 0.05). In addition, the trainees in the observation group demonstrated stronger critical thinking abilities during the reflection process, indicating the comprehensive promoting effect of the PEARLS debriefing framework.Conclusion The PEARLS debriefing framework, when applied in clinical skills scenario simulation teaching, can significantly enhance the clinical skills of resident physicians. Moreover, this framework optimizes teaching effectiveness through structured feedback, providing new teaching ideas and practical experience for clinical skills training.
