目的探究超分子水杨酸联合强脉冲光对中重度痤疮病人皮肤屏障功能及痤疮评分系统( GAGS)的影响。方法选取 2021—2022年 80例唐山中心医院中重度痤疮病人,按照随机数字表法分为水杨酸组(40例)和联合组(40例)。其中水杨酸组给予超分子水杨酸治疗,联合组在前者基础上再给予强脉冲光治疗。比较两组病人症状改善时间(痂皮完全脱落时间、结痂时间、疼痛持续时间及红斑持续时间),治疗效果,皮肤屏障功能[角质层含水量、 pH、皮肤经皮水丢失(TEWL)],皮肤图像分析仪(VISIA)评分, GAGS评分,不良反应及复发率。结果联合组痂皮完全脱落时间、结痂时间、疼痛持续时间及红斑持续时间均低于水杨酸组(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率(75.0%)明显高于水杨酸组(52.5%)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后各项 VISIA评分、 GAGS评分、 pH、TWEL均明显降低(P<0.05),且与水杨酸组比较,联合组明显降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后角质层含水量均明显升高(P<0.05),且与水杨酸组比较,联合组明显升高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率、复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超分子水杨酸联合强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮病人可有效降低 GAGS评分,改善其临床症状,提高皮肤障碍功能,安全有效。 |

Objective To investigate the impacts of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulsed light on skin barrierfunction and acne scoring system (GAGS) in patients with moderate to severe acne.Methods Eighty patients with moderate to severe acne in Tangshan Central Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were selected and salicylic acid group (40 cases) and combined group (40 cases)were divided by random number table method. The salicylic acid group was given supramolecular salicylic acid therapy, and the com.bined group was given intense pulsed light therapy based on the former. The improvement time of symptoms (the time of crust completeexfoliation, the time of crusting, the pain duration and the erythema duration), the treatment effect, and the skin barrier function [watercontent of the stratum corneum, pH value, skin transepidermal water loss (TEWL)], VISIA score, GAGS score, adverse reactions and re.currence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of crust complete exfoliation, crusting time, pain duration anderythema duration in the combined group were lower than those in the salicylic acid group (P<0.05). The total effective rate (75.0%) in the combined group was obviously higher than that in the salicylic acid group (52.5%) (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, theVISIA score, GAGS score, pH value and TWEL of both groups were obviously decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and compared with the salicylic acid group, the combined group was obviously decreased (P<0.05); after treatment, the water content of the stratum corne. um in both groups was obviously increased (P<0.05), and compared with the salicylic acid group, the combined group was obviously in. creased (P<0.05). There was no obvious difference in the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulsed light for moderate to severe acne patients can effective.ly reduce the GAGS score, improve their clinical symptoms, and improve the skin disorder function, which is safe and effective. |
