目的 分析国内外远程康复在帕金森病康复领域的研究现状、热点演变及发展趋势,揭示该领域的研究动态与知识结构。方法 系统检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于帕金森病康复的研究,检索时间为建库至2024年12月。利用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对发文量、作者、国家、机构、关键词共现、聚类和突现进行比较分析。结果 共纳入中文文献81篇,英文文献791篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势。中文文献中,发文量排名前十的作者发文量均在3篇或以下,未发现具有显著中心性的作者,机构间合作相对有限;英文文献发文量最多的作者是Bastiaan Rutger Bloem(19篇)。发文量最高的国家是美国(225篇)。中文文献发文量最多的机构是首都医科大学附属北京康复医院(3篇);英文文献发文量最多的机构是拉德堡德大学(28篇),且呈现出明显的跨国合作特点。中文文献的热点关键词是“虚拟现实”、“生活质量”、“平衡功能”,共发现8个关键词聚类,突现强度最高的关键词为“虚拟现实”;英文文献的热点关键词是“people”、“virtual reality”、“gait”,共发现9个关键词聚类,“montreal cognitive assessment”、“questionnaire”是近期突现的关键词。结论 近年来,远程康复在帕金森病康复领域的研究持续增长,本研究首次基于CiteSpace对中英文相关文献进行系统对比分析,揭示了该领域的研究热点与发展趋势。未来应加强国内外交流与合作,借鉴国际经验,以推动我国远程康复在帕金森病领域的深入发展。 |

Objective To analyze the current research status, hotspot evolution, and development trends of domestic and international telerehabilitation in Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation and reveal the research dynamics and knowledge structure in this field. Methods A systematic search was conducted on Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation studies in CNKI, Weipu, Wanfang Data, and Web of Science Core Collection from the database inception to December 2024. CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was used to analyze publication trends, authorship, institutional collaboration, keyword co-occurrence, clustering, and burst detection. Results A total of 81 Chinese and 791 English articles were included, showing a general upward trend in publications. In Chinese literature, the top ten authors had no more than three publications each, and inter-institutional collaboration was limited, with no significant central authors. In English literature, the most prolific author was Bloem, Bastiaan R. (19 publications), and the United States led in publication volume (225 articles). The Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital of Capital Medical University had the highest number of Chinese publications (3 articles), while Radboud University topped the English literature (28 articles), exhibiting extensive international collaboration. Hot keywords in Chinese literature included "virtual reality," "quality of life," and "balance function", forming 8 keyword clusters. Hot keywords in English literature included “people,” “virtual reality,” and “gait”, forming 9 keyword clusters. The most recently emerging keywords were “Montreal Cognitive Assessment” and “questionnaire.” Conclusion In recent years, research on telerehabilitation in Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation has continued to grow. To our knowledge, this study was the first to conduct a systematic comparative analysis of Chinese and English related literature based on CiteSpace, revealing the research hotspots and development trends in this field. In the future, domestic and international exchanges and co-operation should be strengthened and international experience should be learned in order to promote the in-depth development of telerehabilitation in the field of Parkinson's disease in China. |
