      打结技术是外科手术的基本操作技术之一,打结的手法及熟练程度与手术的效果、时间及安全性密切相关。打结技术是外科教学中的重点内容,但初学者往往难以理解和掌握,同时,外科手术学对于如何正确打结缺乏统一标准,临床中假结和滑结比例较高,由此导致手术时间延长、风险增加以及术后伤口裂开等不良后果。该研究从教学环境质量要求、教学方法质量要求、教学质量的评估与提升等方面针对本科生外科打结技术的教学质量控制进行分析。
英文摘要:
      Knot-tying is one of the basic skills for surgeons, the manual and proficiency of which impact the effect, duration and securi.ty of operations. Knot-tying is also crucial in surgical teaching but difficult to master for beginners. What's more, medical students evenjunior residents tend to end up with false knots and slip knots for lack of uniform standards in practice, which may result in poor conse. quences including prolonged operation, increased risk of surgical procedure and wound dehiscence. In this paper, we analyzed theteaching quality control of surgical knotting skill for undergraduate students, including the quality requirements of teaching environ.ment, teaching method, and teaching quality evaluation and improvement.
