女性的生殖道由阴道、子宫、输卵管和卵巢组成,具有较为独特的微生态构造,生活在其中的微生物菌群数量占女性细菌总数的 9%,在防御病原体侵袭女性生殖道的方面有着举足轻重的作用。其中,女性阴道的微生态菌群构与对子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒( HPV)持续感染有着一定的相关性。现就女性阴道微生物菌群的主要构成、不同有益菌群作用机制与 HPV侵袭感染子宫颈之间的相关性研究进展进行文献综述。 |

The female reproductive tract comprises the vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries, and has a unique micro-ecologicalstructure. The microflora accounts for 9% of the total number of bacteria in women and plays a crucial role in defending against patho-gens that attack the female reproductive tract. The composition of the vaginal microflora is correlated with the persistence of cervical in-fection by human papillomavirus. This literature review examines the correlation between the main components of the female vaginalmicroflora and the mechanisms of action of different beneficial flora in relation to HPV infection of the uterine cervix. |
