甲状腺癌是内分泌系统常见恶性肿瘤疾病,其中甲状腺乳头状癌( PTC)为临床上最主要的病理类型。目前,高频超声检查作为筛查 PTC最重要的检查方式,具有无痛、无创、无电离辐射、简便、快捷、可重复性好等优点,但是它在不同经验的超声医师中存在着主观差异性。近些年,人工智能辅助诊断技术(AIADT)在医学领域的应用不断涌现,它可以量化特征参数,在甲状腺超声诊断领域具有自动判读甲状腺超声图像的优势,可克服不同医师的主观差异性,提高诊断准确率。现就 AIADT在甲状腺超声中应用进展进行综述。 |

Thyroid cancer is a common malignant tumor of the endocrine system, and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most im-portant pathological type in clinic. At present, as the most important way to screen PTC, high-frequency ultrasound has the advantagesof painless, noninvasive, non ionizing radiation, simple, fast, and good repeatability, but it has subjective differences among ultrasoundphysicians with different experience. In recent years, the application of Artificial Intelligence Aided Diagnosis Technology (AIADT) inthe medical field has been constantly emerging, which can quantify the characteristic parameters. It has the advantage of automatic in-terpretation of thyroid ultrasound images in the field of thyroid ultrasound diagnosis, which can overcome the subjective differences ofdifferent doctors and improve the diagnostic accuracy. This article reviews the application progress of AIADT in thyroid ultrasound. |
