| 目的探讨子午流注择时耳穴压豆对阿片类药物致便秘(OIC)的临床效果。方法选择 2023年 3―8月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院肿瘤科收治的 116例 OIC病人(脾虚型)，采用随机数字表法将病人分为观察组和对照组，各 58例。对照组给予口服乳果糖治疗及常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施子午流注择时耳穴压豆，均干预 2周。比较两组临床疗效，以及治疗前后中医症状评分、肠功能指数(BFI)评分、便秘生活质量(PAC-QOL)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为 94.34%，显著高于对照组总有效率的 82.69%(P<0.05)；观察组中医症状评分中大便性状、如厕时间、排便费力、腹痛、腹胀及食少纳差各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)，而神疲乏力项差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组 BFI中各维度评分及 PAC-QOL中各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为 5.70%，低于对照组的 19.20%(P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时耳穴压豆治疗 OIC疗效确切，能明显缓解临床伴随症状，改善肠功能状况，提高生活质量，且安全有效。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of ear acupoint pressing with beans on opioid-induced constipation (OIC) by mid-night-noon ebb-flow.Methods A total of 116 OIC patients (Spleen deficiency type) admitted to the oncology department of AffiliatedHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xinjiang Medical University from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected and divided intoexperimental group and control group by random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given orallactulose treatment and routine nursing, and the experimental group was given midnight-noon ebb-flow timing auricular point pressingbeans on the basis of the control group, and the intervention lasted for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, traditional chinese medicine symp-tom score, bowel function index (BFI) score, constipation quality of life (PAC-QOL) score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.34%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (82.69%) (P<0.05). The scores of stool traits, toilet time, defecation effort, abdominal pain, abdominal disten-sion and poor appetite in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), but there was no statistical significance in fatigue item (P>0.05). The scores of BFI and PAC-QOL in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 5.70%, which was lower than that in control group (19.20%) (P<0.05).Con. clusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow timing auricular point pressing with beans is effective in the treatment of OIC, which can significant-ly alleviate clinical symptoms, improve intestinal function, improve quality of life, and is safe and effective. |
