| 目的探讨柴芍葛根汤联合泼尼松治疗小儿面神经炎的疗效及对血清转化生长因子 -β1(TGF-β1)和白细胞介素 -17(IL-17)的影响。方法选取 2021年 3月至 2022年 10月在重庆市大足区人民医院进行治疗的 80例小儿面神经炎病儿，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各 40例，对照组采用泼尼松治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予柴芍葛根汤联合治疗。比较两组治疗疗效及治疗前后面部残疾指数( FDI)、面部神经功能评分( H-B分级量表)、肌电图指标［面神经复合肌动作电位(CMAP)波幅、瞬目反射 R1波潜伏期］、血清 TGF-β1和 IL-17水平变化。结果经过治疗后，观察组总有效率为 95.00%，显著高于对照组的 77.50%(P<0.05)；两组 H-B分级、 FDI均得到明显改善，且观察组改善效果较对照组更明显( P<0.05)；两组病儿 CMAP波幅均明显增大， R1波潜伏期均明显缩短，且观察组各项指标较对照组变化更明显( P<0.05)；两组病儿 TGF-β1水平均明显升高， IL-17水平明显降低，且观察组各项指标较对照组变化更明显( P<0.05)。结论柴芍葛根汤联合泼尼松治疗小儿面神经炎临床效果明显，可有效改善病儿临床症状并减轻机体炎症反应，促进病儿身体恢复，且安全性良好。 |

| Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of chaishao gegen decoction combined with prednisone on facial neuritis in children and its influences on serum transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and interleukin-17 (IL-17).Methods A total of 80 children with facial neuritis who were treated in Dazu District People's Hospital of Chongqing from March 2021 to October 2022 wereselected, and 80 patients were assigned into observation group and control group according to random number table, with 40 patients ineach group, the patients in the control group were treated with prednisone, and the patients in the observation group were treated withchaishao gegen decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes offacial disability index (FDI), facial nerve function score (H-B scale), electromyographic indicators [amplitude of facial nerve compoundmuscle action potential (CMAP), latency of blink reflex R1 wave], serum TGF-β1 and IL-17 levels before and after treatment were com-pared.Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of children in the observation group was obviously higher than that ofchildren in the control group (95.00% vs. 77.50%, P<0.05); the H-B grade and FDI of children in both groups were obviously improved,and the improvement effects of children in the observation group were more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05); the ampli-tude of CMAP in both groups was obviously increased, the latency of R1 wave was obviously shortened, and the changes of all indexesin the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group (P<0.05); the levels of TGF-β1 in the two groups were signif-icantly increased, and the levels of IL-17 were significantly decreased, and the changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chaishao gegen decoction combined with prednisone has obvious clinical effectin the treatment of children with facial neuritis, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children, reduce the inflammato-ry response of the body, and promote the physical recovery of children with good safety. |
