      目的开发海洋药用生物资源培育虚拟仿真实验,提升实验教学质量。方法 2021年 5月至 2024年 3月,以珊瑚为典型案例开发海洋药用生物资源培育虚拟仿真实验项目,生动逼真地呈现珊瑚分类选择、水体选择和设计、养殖环境稳定、珊瑚及其他生物培育及共生、生态因子各项参数设置平衡的实验主线,并应用于海洋药学专业学生的课程教学,激发学生自适应学习兴趣,提升学生关键技能水平。结果完成海洋药用生物资源培育虚拟仿真实验的设计与实施,成功应用于海洋药用生物资源学课程教学,以虚拟仿真的形式规避了传统实操风险,通过“项目引领、任务驱动、问题导向”教学模式,采用 BOPPPS教学方法,激发了学生自适应学习热情,熟练串联珊瑚培育流程,有力支撑教学目标。结论该虚拟仿真实验可改善海洋药用生物资源学课程的教学效果,提高应用型海洋药学专业人才培养质量,其经验可供交流讨论与借鉴参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a virtual simulation experiment for cultivating marine medicinal biological resources and improvethe quality of experimental teaching.Methods From May 2021 to March 2024, a virtual simulation experiment project for cultivatingmarine medicinal biological resources was developed using coral as a typical case. The experiment vividly and realistically presentedthe experimental mainline of coral classification selection, water body selection and design, stable breeding environment, coral and oth-er biological cultivation and symbiosis, and balanced parameter settings of ecological factors. The project was applied to the teaching ofmarine pharmacy majors to stimulate students' adaptive learning interest and improve their key skill levels.Results The design andimplementation of a virtual simulation experiment for the cultivation of marine medicinal biological resources have been completed,which has been successfully applied to the teaching of marine medicinal biological resources courses. The traditional practical riskshave been avoided in the form of virtual simulation. Through the "project led, task driven, problem oriented" teaching mode andBOPPPS teaching method, students' adaptive learning enthusiasm has been stimulated, and they are proficient in connecting coral cul-tivation processes, effectively supporting teaching objectives.Conclusions This virtual simulation experiment can improve the teach-ing effectiveness of the course of marine medicinal biological resources and improve the quality of applied marine pharmaceutical tal-ent cultivation. Its experience can be used for exchange, discussion, and reference.
